TECC LEO - Tactical Emergency Casualty Care for First Responders Nashua NH. (March 8, Apri 12, May 17, June 14, July 19)
TECC is the national standard for medical care provided in Active Shooter and Hostile events. Though these life-saving skills can be utilized in nearly any incident involving traumatic injuries. This course was developed by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) for Law Enforcement and other First Responders. It is also great for any responsible citizen, especially safety & security officers, teachers, students, power tool & machine operators, range safety officers, firearms instructors, hunters, and others. It is being taught by ARC’s veteran instructors who all have extensive experience operating as medics in tactical/combat, hostile and austere environments around the world. Students will be trained in topics such as:
The 3 phases of casualty care used during tactical operations.
Triage and the M.A.R.C.H. assessment & treatment algorithm.
Skills needed to manage life-threatening bleeding and other traumatic injuries.
Tactical considerations in moving personnel and patients.
Establishing Casualty Collection Points (CCP), and casualty evacuation.
The course culminates with simulated active shooter scenarios during a field training exercise. Approved for 8 hours of CAPCE continuing education.

****Freedom Falls Tactical Academy is located in mill space on the 4th floor in Nashua NH. Participants will need to climb 4 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. If this may be difficult for you please reach out and we can find a more accessible class for you. Courses at the Paintball Fields (AG Paintball) are held outside, please plan appropriately.
