TFA (Tactical First Aider)
During the 3-hour TFA (Tactical First Aider) course you will learn and hone lifesaving trauma skills. Formerly our T-STB (Tactical- Stop The Bleed), this is the standard Stop The Bleed curriculum combined with more advanced skills and concepts.
You will learn and practice:
Rapid assessment & Triage
Bleeding control
Airway and respiratory management
Dragging and Carrying Casualties
Tactical Combat/Emergency Casualty Care (TCCC/TECC) and other tactical concepts and best practices
Upon successful completion you will earn: TFA & Stop The Bleed Certificate, 3 hours of Con-Ed (trauma mgt.)
