First Responder and Whole Community Solutions: At ARC, we firmly believe that an effective allied response to emergencies and disasters results from a unified whole community effort. Our comprehensive approach considers all response phases and integrates various disciplines from community members to leaders, with professional responders forming the backbone. ARC’s customized active threat and all-hazards planning, training, drills, and exercises equip communities with the necessary skills and enhance the overall resilience and allied response capabilities through collaboration.

Training and exercises follow HSEEP and can fulfill DHS, NFPA, grant-funded and other training and exercise standards. We also offer a full suite of courses credentialed through the American Red Cross and National Association of EMT’s (NAEMT). This includes TECC, PHTLS, BLS, ACLS, PALS, GEMS, AHDR, and EMT-Paramedic Refreshers offering CAPCE continuing education good for recertification of EMS and other professional responder credentials.

Military, Government, and Law Enforcement Solutions: Customized training for your specific needs. ARC specializes in tactical/combat, austere, and high-threat operations training with an enhanced focus on medical scenarios. Our team has various special operations backgrounds and a vast amount of real-world experience. We can tailor training to specific situations, scenarios, environments, equipment, and personnel capabilities.

Past projects have included Active Shooter and Hostile Event Response (ASHER), Combat/Tactical Medicine (TCCC/TECC and PFC), K-9 Medical Care and TCCC, Personal Security Details (PSD), Search and Rescue (SAR - Combat, Urban, and Wilderness), Expedition and Remote Medicine, Force Protection and Safety, SERE, Kid-Napping Avoidance, Hostage Rescue, and other subject matter.
